Here's all the information you'll need to get the most out of the matchup, including local players to keep an eye on, television schedules and where to watch the game close to home. It's playoffs season for the NFL, and football players from Virginia will take the field for the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers and the Atlanta Falcons Sunday afternoon.
There are no football players from Alexandria in this weekend’s NFL playoffs, but there are several from elsewhere in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The San Francisco 49ers will play the Atlanta Falcons at 3 p.m. this Sunday, Jan. 20, on FOX in the first of two NFL Conference Championship games. The Baltimore Ravens will play the New England Patriots at 6:30 p.m. on CBS. The winner of each game will go play in the NF: Championship game (better known as the Superbowl) on Feb. 3.
