Landmark Gateway Developer Seeking New Retail
Mixed-use development will be located at the corner of South Van Dorn and South Pickett streets.
The developer of the future Landmark Gateway mixed-use development in West End Alexandria is looking for retail establishments to fill 15,000 square feet of new retail space. “We are marketing that right now,” said developer Sean Caldwell with Mill Creek Residential Trust. “It’s well received, but (there are) no names that we can disclose at this point in time.” When complete, Landmark Gateway, located at the corner of South Van Dorn and South Pickett streets, will feature three five-story residential buildings housing the retail space and 492 rental units.
