Former Virginia First Lady Anne Holton toured the Alexandria campus of Northern Virginia Community College Friday afternoon.

Holton spoke with faculty and science and math students. She also reviewed plans for a new arts facility.

Holton's husband, former Gov. Tim Kaine, is a Democrat running for U.S. Senate.
