2015 City Budget: City Council to Hold Public Hearing Monday

Meeting is at 4 p.m. at City Hall in Council Chambers.

Alexandria City Council will hold a public hearing Monday afternoon on the City Manager's proposed $634.8 million General Fund Operating Budget for the city's FY2015 Operating Budget. The hearing is set for 4 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Those who wish to speak may sign up by going to alexandriava.gov/Participate and filling out a speaker's form.

The proposed budget maintains the current real estate tax rate at $1.038 per $100 of assessed value. 

As the City moves through the budget process, residents can voice their concerns and input regarding the proposed FY 2015 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) in a variety of ways listed below.
