Learn About Condo Rights, Responsibilities

May 11 event is free of charge.

Local governments are coming together to help Northern Virginia residents understand their rights and responsibilities of condo ownership.

If you live in a condominium community or if you are considering purchasing a condo, you can learn about the duties of condo associations and those of the homeowner. The city of Alexandria, Arlington County and the Virginia Housing Development Authority are sponsoring a class on what condominium ownership entails and the role of the condo association.
